At BioFresh Foods, we are committed to delivering safe, authentic, and high-quality products. Since we deal primarily in food products, our return and refund policies are designed to balance customer satisfaction with product safety and hygiene standards.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns/replacements only in the following cases:

Wrong product received – If the item delivered is different from what is mentioned on your invoice. Damaged product received – If the product is damaged during transit. Adulterated/inauthentic product – Supported by a valid FSSAI/NABL authorized laboratory test report (100% money-back guarantee).

In these cases, we will replace the product or provide a full refund.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or replaced once placed, except in the scenarios mentioned above.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect shipping details provided
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Wrong item ordered by the customer

As a food-focused MSME, we emphasize quality, freshness, and timely delivery, and cannot accommodate changes after order confirmation.

3. Refund Rules

For wrong/damaged items, the request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers must ship the item back to our warehouse in unused, original condition with tags/packaging intact.

Once received and inspected, we will:

Dispatch the correct product, or

Initiate a refund to the original payment method.

Refund timelines: 3–7 working days (depending on your bank/payment provider). No interest is payable on refunds.

4. Conditions for Return/Refund Approval

Returned items must be unused, unbroken, and untampered with. Our quality team will inspect the returned product before approving replacement/refund.

  • BioFresh Foods’ decision will be final and binding.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, please:

Provide complete and accurate shipping details (address, PIN code, email ID, and mobile number). Keep your mobile number active to answer delivery calls. Track courier updates and respond promptly to our communication (via email/SMS/WhatsApp).

We are not liable for refunds or replacements if the customer fails to provide correct contact details or is unreachable during delivery.

6. International Orders

Customers are responsible for customs clearance in their country.

If products are restricted by the destination country’s regulations, BioFresh Foods is not liable for refund, return, or replacement.

Any duties/taxes levied must be paid by the customer.

If shipments are returned by customs, no refund will be provided.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

In rare cases, if cancellation of an unshipped order is approved by management, a credit voucher (valid for 30 days) will be issued.

No monetary refunds are provided for cancellations.

If a shipped order is returned by the customer, two-way courier charges and overhead costs will be deducted.

8. Complaints Regarding Defects

Customers may raise complaints with invoice copy and supporting images within the stipulated time communicated by our support team.

All complaints will be reviewed by our quality team, whose decision will be final.

9. Final Authority

All decisions regarding returns, replacements, and refunds rest solely with BioFresh Foods. The company’s decision shall be final and non-negotiable.
